How many frames can I order?
A: You can order between 3 to 5 frames to try at home. You can order 5 frames to try at home. We have a limited amount of frames that are used for home try-ons, if they’re out of stock, email us. We have a 15 day no-hassle return policy.
How much time do I get with the try-on frames? Can I order multiple boxes?
A: We allow 7 days per try-on box and we only allow you to order one box at a time. We get a lot of requests for our Try-on boxes and we feel a week is the perfect duration. It also allows others to receive their try-on box within a timely manner.
At Nerdy Frames we use a predictive method based on the size of the glasses to obtain the vertical measurement. Our predictive measurement is correct 99% of the time. If for some reason you are unhappy with the results, a remake is available. We use the Varilux® Comfort series for our progressives.

We accept both FSA and HSA payments, as long as they are in the form of a credit or debit card. After you have completed a purchase with your FSA/HSA, you can then file for a reimbursement with your vision insurance provider.
We offer hassle-free returns! You have 15 days, which begins on the day that you received your glasses to initiate a return or exchange.

Home Try-on’s last 7 days and will include a return shipping label for your convenience. Once the 7 days are up, just place the label on the box and drop it off at your local post office.
FRAMES: You have a 1 year warranty on manufacturer defects.
LENSES: You have a 6 month warranty on lenses. If your lenses scratch or warp due to a manufacturer defect, you can have your lenses replaced once at no charge. Lens replacement can take anywhere from 10 to 14 business days. *Please Note* frames have to be sent to us in order for your lenses to be replaced.

Unfortunately, we don't have any direct partnerships with vision insurance providers, but we can assist you in getting a reimbursement for your purchase after you have paid in full at the time of purchase. In order to be reimbursed, you will first need to fill out a form from your insurance provider. After you fill out their reimbursement form, you will need to provide an itemized receipt, which we can provide you with once you have completed your purchase. We've provided some links below of popular vision insurance providers to help you get started.
